We are the only chess club between Carlisle and Newcastle. We meet at Ovington Social Club from 7p.m. on Mondays between September and April. We welcome new members of any age and any standard from novice upwards. Whether you want league chess, internal club competition or friendly games, we are the club for you. Just turn up!”
